# Recipe Actions

The **Actions** button is positioned in the far-right column of each row within the **Recipes table**. It provides a suite of options for managing and interacting with individual recipes within the system. This functionality enables users to perform essential operations, including **Export**, **View Runs**, and **Delete Recipe**.

* **View Runs**: This option provides access to detailed execution history of a recipe, offering insights into past runs, their status (e.g., completed, failed). It facilitates effective monitoring and analysis of recipe performance. For more details, refer to the [Recipe Runs](/recipes/knowledgebase-recipe/recipe-runs.md).
* **Delete Recipe**: This function enables users to permanently remove a recipe from the system, playing a key role in the recipe lifecycle management, particularly when older versions are no longer required.

When deleting a recipe, a confirmation pop-up will appear to verify the action. The pop-up will inform you that deleting the recipe will also remove **all associated versions and copilot data**. To proceed, you must type "delete recipe" to confirm the deletion, as this action is irreversible.
