User Invitations

Admins and Superusers have the privileges to effectively manage user invitations and roles within the system.

Invite User

Here is the process to invite new users.

  1. Navigate to the "Users" icon and click the "Invite new" button.

  2. Provide the email address of the user and role they will be assigned.

  3. Click the Save button.

The invited users then get an invitation email that includes the instructions to sign-in to Karini's platform.

User Invitation Status

Admin and Superusers can track the status of the invitations sent by doing the following:

  1. Access the "Invitations" tab on Users section on the right panel.

  2. View the status (Invited/Accepted) of each invitation.
